Thank you for visiting and shopping at Everglow Essentials. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: [Free on orders over ₹499 / Flat rate of ₹50]
  • Estimated Delivery Time (Metros): 2-5 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time (Rest of India): 4-7 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time (North East & J&K): 7-10 business days

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for most pin codes across India. A nominal fee of [₹40] is applied to all COD orders. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and make the payment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Everglow Essentials is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Since we currently ship only within India, domestic GST is already included in the product price.

Damages

Everglow Essentials is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and reach out to us at support@everglow-essentials.in so we can assist you.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of India.
